Foundation & Flow Yoga
Perfect for beginning yoga students as well as seasoned yogis. Learn the foundations of yoga, implement breath work to link to movement while aligning the body, building strength and finding clarity in the mind. We will take time in each posture to find correct alignment, build strength and breathe through any blockages. Great class for stress relief and relaxation. If you’re looking for a slower paced class, this is for you! Great start to the week! Feel free to bring your own props (mat, bolster, strap, blanket, blocks). Beginners and all levels welcome.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle flow yoga is a great way to stretch and restore the body. Unwind, relax, improve your flexibility, strength and balance. We will explore a variety of elements that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Feel free to bring your own props (mat, bolster, strap, blanket, blocks). Pulse & Pause VinYin Yoga
Pulse and Pause is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding flows begin the class to wake up the body and the second half of the class offers passive poses that are held for a few minutes at a time. This class helps switch off the fight or flight mode, promoting balance through the nervous system and allowing a sense of peace and relaxation. If available, please bring your own props (mat, bolster, strap, blanket, blocks). This class can be modified for all levels.
Tune In & Release Yoga
Give yourself permission to Tune In & Release. Using a combination of props, essential oils, music, meditation, adjustments, the focus of this class is to achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Learn how to balance the mind and body, relieve tension and anxiety, improve the immune system, stretch deep fascia, increase flexibility and pave the way for a relaxing savasana / meditation.
